WHO NEEDS A FILL???? HOW BOUT A MOVE!
28 LBS!!! It is hard to believe that I have lost the same amount of weight as my 2 year old but it feels amazing. Sorry ladies that I have not posted, it is going to be one of my goals to post daily going forward.
There has been a ton going on. My husband and I are thinking about relocating to Wisconsin for his work and spent last weekend there. It is very pretty, but tring to wrap my mind around starting over and new everything and being away from everything I am used to is very stressfull and hard to think of.
On the band front I have been having a lot of heartburn and was looking forward to my first fill but instead my doctor took out 2.5 cc so now I am left with 2cc and no heartburn, which in the end is a good trade. I have not noticed any extra hunger. I am still losing weight which is also a positive (maybe the stress). I was discouraged but I was told that being that tight is not always the best thing, what counts is feeling full. Heck...I have a the rest of my life for fills! If we move I will also be about 5 hours from my surgeon which is a scary thought...
I hope all of you are doing great, I will be commenting more and back in the full swing of things! XOXO

Great job on your 28 lbs. Isn't it funny how we carry our 2 year olds and find them so heavy, and its when we realize the amount of weight we have lost and imagine carrying that again?
ReplyDeleteGreat loss and yes, moving can be stressful but you can certainly do it. Good luck with your decision and yes - keep posting !
ReplyDeleteahhhh wisco - that is where I am from! let me know if you end up moving - we could have a drinky poo when I am in town next! xxx
ReplyDeleteGirl, I feel you on the moving thing. My hubs and I are about to move again, for work and family, for like the 3rd time in 4 years.(Honestly it's a blur). We moved this time last year when we were only 6 mos post op. Thank goodness we didn't gain but we did plateau and it took a while to get back on the wagon. This time I am trying my best to be psychotically focused because I want to keep making progress. Just remember if you move, it is so easy to put your needs aside (not eating the food you should and not exercising like you want) but don't do it-- still allow yourself to do the things your need to do to stay on track. Best Wishes!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your wt loss. Yes moving can be stressful but exciting too!
ReplyDeleteWow, 28lbs already, you're doing great! I think it's always better to not be too tight. You think you would lose more but you don't.
ReplyDeleteBeing too tight is definitely not a good thing. Sounds like you're doing great! Moving is definitely scary but it's also an opportunity for a fresh start. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYeah on the 28lbs...................keep up the good work.
